Refund Policy

Overview

At Kamal Enterprises, we take great care in delivering authentic and premium sarees that reflect India’s rich textile heritage. Due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of our products, returns and refunds are handled under specific conditions to ensure fairness and prevent misuse.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

• The product received is damaged during transit
• You have received an incorrect product
• The product has a genuine manufacturing defect

To be eligible for return:

• The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• An unboxing video (without cuts) is mandatory
• Clear images showing the issue must be provided
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags and original packaging must be intact

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

• Sarees with fall & pico stitching done
• Customized or altered products
• Products purchased during sale or discount offers (unless damaged)
• Products damaged due to customer handling or improper storage
• Minor weaving irregularities that are part of handcrafted authenticity

Please note: Slight color variations due to screen settings or lighting are not considered defects.


Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

• Email us with your Order Number
• Mention the reason for return clearly
• Attach required images and unboxing video

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
If approved, return instructions will be shared via email.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• Refund approval will be communicated via email
• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Amount will be credited to the original payment method

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• If the requested item is available, it will be dispatched after approval.
• If unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

Only one exchange is allowed per order.


Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.

Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 3–5 business days.


Fraud Prevention & Policy Abuse

Kamal Enterprises reserves the right to refuse return or refund requests in cases of:

• Repeated suspicious return patterns
• Missing original packaging or tags
• Altered or used products
• False claims

Our decision regarding refund eligibility will be final.
